Documentation / Cards

Media and notes

Image and PDF enter the canvas as a card; notes hold a message and a category; strokes mark the board by hand.

Not every card is a process. Some exist for you to think on top of the board.

Media

The media card opens an attached image or PDF. The file is copied to the board assets, not stored as a blob in the database — so editing or deleting the original does not touch what is pasted on the canvas. It has rotation and internal zoom/pan, to read a PDF page without depending on the board zoom.

The use case it serves: a PDF open on one side, an agent reading and answering on the other, on the same screen.

Notes

A note is a message on the board. The color is the category: yellow is a note, green is done, blue is in progress, pink is a bug. Like any other board text, it can be written by a person or by an agent.

Drawing

The drawing card keeps a freehand stroke — points, color, thickness and style. It serves to mark the board without interrupting your reasoning to choose a diagramming tool.

Connectors

Cards can be linked by arrows. A connector created by a spawn is a recorded fact; the others are your annotation, and the app does not act on them. In particular, automatic dispatch reads task dependencies, not the canvas arrows: they are two different graphs, on purpose.
