Who we are
Stellar is an open-source project maintained by Seth0s (github.com/Seth0s). By using the site stellar.idyplatform.com or the application, you agree to these terms.
The application and the license
Stellar’s code is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later. Your rights to use, study, modify and redistribute the software come from that license, and nothing in these terms reduces them.
These terms cover what the license does not: the site, the brand and the online services that may come to exist.
Third-party providers
Each terminal card runs a provider’s CLI — Claude, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity, OpenCode, Cline, Command Code or a shell. Using each one follows that provider’s terms, and quota and API costs are yours.
What the agents do on your machine
Agent terminals run with your permissions, without a sandbox. You are responsible for the commands you authorize, the repositories you open and what you decide to commit.
Gates run confined in bubblewrap on Linux and are refused where that confinement does not exist.
No warranty
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, under sections 15 and 16 of the GPL-3.0. The site is informational and offered as is.
Account and Stellar Team (closed beta)
The account and Stellar Team are in closed beta. Registration is not open to the public: only people invited by a team, or whose account the project creates, can sign in.
During the beta:
- there is no charge;
- the service may change, become unavailable or be discontinued without notice, with no guarantee of availability or of preserving synced data;
- access may be ended at any time, including when the beta ends.
Before registration opens or anything is charged, the final rules — registration, acceptable use, termination — will be published here.
Changes to these terms
We will announce relevant changes on this page with at least 15 days’ notice. The date at the top indicates the version in force.
Governing law and venue
These terms follow Brazilian law. The courts of the user’s domicile are elected, unless the law provides otherwise.
