O código está em github.com/Seth0s/Stellar. As releases publicadas ali são a fonte da verdade dos pacotes; este site não guarda cópia de nenhum.

Contribuições e CLA

Para aceitar uma contribuição, o projeto pede a assinatura do Contributor License Agreement. Ele não tira o seu copyright: você continua dono do que escreveu.

O CLA concede ao projeto os direitos necessários para manter a opção de licenciar o Stellar em outros termos no futuro, inclusive comerciais.
